Shop with confidence — here's how returns work
Since all orders on Royelle.Shop are paid via Cash on Delivery, you only pay once you have received and checked your item. This policy explains your options before and after delivery.
1. Before You Pay
Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, you have the right to inspect your product at the moment of delivery, before making payment. If the product does not match what you ordered (wrong product, wrong variant, or visibly damaged item), you may decline the delivery at no cost.
2. Returns After Delivery
If you discover a manufacturing defect after accepting your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement.
3. Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of the defect (photo or video) must be provided
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been accepted and used. Since payment is made only after inspection at delivery, we encourage you to check your item carefully before accepting it.
