We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash directly to our delivery agent once you receive and check your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 24 to 28 hours after confirmation, free of charge, anywhere in Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania.

Yes. Our team will call you to confirm your name, the product and variant ordered, your phone number, and your delivery address before dispatching your order.
Which countries do you deliver to?

Can I return a product if there's an issue?
Yes. You can inspect your order before paying at delivery, and you may decline it if something is wrong. If you discover a defect after accepting it, contact us within 48 hours.

No. Our products are made of stainless steel with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish — not real gold or precious metals. They are designed to be durable and beautiful fashion accessories.
